Deborah is also experienced working with and helping those ADF, Veterans, Police and Emergency First Responders who are struggling with Trauma & PTSD.

However, as these individuals enter adult life they experience unstable relationships, debilitating forgetfulness, poor work performance, sensory overload and low self-esteem, wondering why daily life is so difficult. Deborah will work with you to reduce your distress and daily life struggles by offering solutions focused coaching, and sustainable strategies for improved mood and effective life skills.
